Infrared Thermography is a high-effective method to detect thermal damages (Joule heating...). This technology consist in measuring the temperature of all the elements of the electrical installation from the infrared radiation emitted.

The most important advantage is that thermography is performed on energized installations. A discrete load is enough to obtain confidence results.

Obtained values are extrapolated to reference conditions. These extremely enlightening results are attached to thermal and conventional photographs in order to reaffirm necessary corrective actions.

Three levels of qualification are available according to the gravity of the fault. First level means that it is not necessary to intervene and it recommends the follow-up of the problem. Second level is applied to situations that require programmed intervention. Third level is referred to problems needing urgent measures.
